Description of the project
Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana marks a historic milestone as the world’s first club-branded residential destination linked to a professional football club. Developed by UAE-based Ohana Development in partnership with Manchester City Football Club, this AED 15 billion ($4.1 billion) gated waterfront community spans an impressive 1.67 million square metres along Abu Dhabi’s Yas Canal. The masterplan is designed around sport, performance, and active living, integrating signature social spaces that reflect Manchester City’s brand identity. At its core lies an integrated Manchester City Academy, supported by elite training and recovery facilities aligned with the club’s player development philosophy. Over 55% of the total area is dedicated to landscaped gardens and green spaces, creating a serene oasis within one of the capital’s most vibrant leisure districts.
The villa collection within this landmark community offers six dedicated clusters featuring four- and five-bedroom standalone villas, as well as twin villas. Each villa sits on a generous 400-square-metre plot with a built-up area of 300 square metres across two floors. Double-height living spaces flooded with natural light open directly onto private gardens and pool terraces, while full-height glazing, deep overhangs, and layered facade screens create an architecture that feels grounded and human in scale. Residents enjoy an unparalleled lifestyle with world-class amenities including a marina sports club with kayaking, paddleboarding, and sailing, a crystal lagoon, infinity pools, a waterfront promenade with curated retail and dining, a spa and recovery zone, and immersive Manchester City-branded experiences such as the Match Day Terrace, City Lounge, and Skybox Lounge.
